Things I love about Erial NJ are that it’s a close knit community with a neighborhood feel. Local schools are very good and major stores from Target to Lowes to supermarkets are within ten minutes.

Our neighborhood is quiet and the neighbors are friendly with younger children.

Where do you love to eat?
Area restaurants within ten minutes include Buffalo Wild Wings, Texas Roadhouse, Panera Bread and The Cinder Bar.

Grocery stores and other conveniences…
Grocery stores are plentiful and conveniently located on Cross Keys Rd, about seven or eight minutes up the street. There is an ACME, Aldi and Shop Rite.

What were you drawn to when you bought the property?
We bought the property for a few reasons – the privacy of the yard, expansive decks at the pool, the upper deck off the kitchen and the pool. This has allowed us to host family gatherings from Memorial Day to Labor day for BBQ’s and fun in the sun.

What do you love about the area?
A draw for us to the area was the proximity to both Philadelphia and The Shore. You can be in Philly in 30 to 45 minutes or be in Ocean City in an hour.

Anything else?
A few other things that are appealing is that the area behind the backyard of the home is wooded and cannot be developed. This provides a private area with plenty of wooded land for the children to play in. The den is tucked away from the rest of the home and has a wood burning fireplace – good place to read a book on a winters day. What other things do you love/enjoy about the area?
